Highlights:
- This morning in Literacy, we practiced working on r-controlled vowels. Ask me what it does to a vowel and some examples of words that have a bossy r!
- For Math, we learned about superimposing angles. We went around the school and found obtuse and acute angles.
- In PE, we started the class by doing rock, paper, scissors four corners. We then played revenge tag!
- For Music, we created a venn diagram comparing two songs. We compared the feelings they gave us, the instruments we heard, and also whether it was a round or a cannon. Ask me what this means.
- Today in Science, we learned about what a life cycle is and looked at a few different ones. In our visual journals we drew our own life cycles!
Reminders:
- There is no school on Monday.
- Our class field trip to the zoo is on Tuesday. Please review the parent letter that was sent in the field trip package to ensure that your child is prepared.
