Highlights:
- For Math, we worked on something called compensation for multiplication questions. This means using an easier math fact to help us solve one that we feel is more tricky. Ask me to show you how to use this strategy for 5x8=
- In Literacy, we shared our stories with a partner. It was so great to see how everyones stories were all so unique even though they all started from the same picture prompt. Ask me what my favourite part of my partners story was.
- In Music, we played a rhythm imposter game for warm up. We had to listen very carefully to identify the correct pattern. We then used the boomwhackers to learn a song called True Colours.
- For Science, we talked about the importance of engineers are the three questions they ask. What is the problem? Who has the problem? Why is it important? We then looked at different structures and had to choose which we prefer and why. Ask me what were some of the examples.

- We are encouraging everyone to bring a litterless lunch for the week and to walk or wheelie to school!
- Friday is Blue and Green Day.
