Highlights:
- For Math, we used the three strategies we have learned (arrays, equal groups, repeated addition) to solve multiplication equations. Ask me to show you how to solve 4x4 using my favourite strategy.
- This morning for Literacy, we are beginning to look at story writing! We started working on our plan for our story based on the picture below. We used a four square planner to help us jot our ideas down. Ask me to tell you about my plan!
- For PE, we did three rotations where we practiced staying in our zone. We used balloons to help us learn this skill.
- In Art, we started a project connected to our learning on Peru. We are creating llama textile pictures! Today we created our backgrounds inspired by Peru textiles. Ask me what art mediums we used!
Reminders:
- Tomorrow is Imagination Day! Students are welcome to dress up if they would like. They could dress up as anything they want to be! Examples are a unicorn, flower, rockstar - anything they want to be!
