Highlights
- Today for Math we learned most of our favourite strategies for subtraction with regrouping, STACKING! (The standard algorithm). We did some practice questions and warmed up by doing our basic facts practice. Lots of us are hoping to practice our addition and subtraction questions to 20 when we get home so it makes our two digit addition and subtraction easier.
- During Literacy we read the book 'How To Babysit a Grandpa', ask me the twist of the book. Afterwards we generated a list of ideas of things we could do procedural writing about. To finish Literacy we did our last Literacy rotation. Ask me which rotation I did today.
- This afternoon we got to play the Djembe drums in music class and we learned the three different ways to hit the drum. Ask me the three ways.
