Highlights
- This morning during Math we practiced 'estimating' sums for two digit addition and two digit subtraction. We practiced this by rounding the numbers, and then adding or subtracting the rounded numbers. We talked about how this skill is often used in real life. Ask me to give you a few examples as to how!
- For Literacy we read the book: Duck! Rabbit! This was a book about differences of opinion. Ask me if I thought it was a duck or a rabbit. Afterwards, we practiced opinion writing. Ask me what I wrote about
- In gym we started jump rope. Ask me one challenge and one success I had
- This afternoon we created art based on sound waves. Ask me the volume and pitch of my art
