Highlights:
- Today in Math, we created winter pictures using 2D shapes. We had to tally the number of vertices and sides. Ask me what I included in my picture.
- For Literacy, we talked about the Bossy R rule. Ask me what this means and how this rule works for words. We also read a story called Thingamabob. Ask me what the important message was in the story.
- Today in Music, we performed the songs that we learned on the boomwhackers with our group. Everyone did fantastic!
- In Science, we had a very cool demonstration using dancing rice which helped us to "see" sound. Ask me what happened and how it connects to vibrations.
- For Social Studies, we did a final look at all the different coins/bills from around the world. Ask me what were some of the similarities and differences that we saw. All students who brought money have taken them home today, please check backpacks.
