Highlights
- Today for Literacy we talked about the difference between voice on, and voice off sounds. Ask me what the difference is and how I can tell!
- After Literacy we went out and ran the Terry Fox Run. Ask me how many laps I did, and what I was thinking about while I ran
- For Math we started talking about larger numbers. Ask me how I can tell how many thousands are in a number!
- This afternoon we got to do our first art project in our visual journals. Ask me what words I used to describe myself
- To finish the day we made self portraits using loose parts in the Makerspace. Ask me what the most challenging part was, and how I got creative with the loose parts.
Reminders
- Tomorrow is 'Welcome To The New Year Open House' come to the school between 5:00PM-7:00PM to meet the teachers and see the inside of our school!
- Make sure you watch the video sent out by Mrs. Brinson with some information about grade 3
- No School Friday September 23
- Last day is tomorrow for Toonies for Terry!
